Technically Paul, it is too late to prove without a shadow of a doubt that you DID take them. If you took them with a camera that uses film and you have the negatives, you have the credit. Otherwise digital formats make it impossible to track ownership or credit unless you inextricably photoshop "COPYRIGHT PAUL!!" all over the thing before it ever leaves your possesion. Your pics are undoubtedly headed to various international sites claiming to be the authority on toyota developments. I had a similar case when my webhost used a legal loophole to republish my pictures of an ancient muslim tomb in India.
The beauty of the internet is that so many people could see and benefit from the results of your work, but it becomes their property in the process.
I think the issue here is whether the gentleman poster from AZ intended to take credit for himself ( and expected no one on a Toyota BB would notice), if he simply wanted to pass on your images for "public good" without citing or taking credit, or if he simply belived that the images were "public domain" in the same way as the billions of mp3's out there, that DE-JURE are NOT public at all. Paul, I do believe the credit is yours, but personally I would like to hear from the poster. Technically he has not claimed credit.

I was reading in a mag. today, don't remember which one, but it said that 2 eng. will be offered, 1. a 5-speed automatic V-8 as an option and 2. a 4-speed automatic 4.0 V-6. It put the price at an estimate of 27k to 35k. No stick will be offered. It also claimed that it will be a very capable off-road vehicle. Looking forward to seeing it in person.
