Well now that the ARB is on I have prioritized my to do list for this year.

1. Extended Differential Breathers (Next Week)
2. Rock Sliders

4. Manual Hub Conversion (Maybe)
5. Pro Comp XTerrain tires
6. Have a Rear Bumper made

And somewhere in the mix of things buy a Winch to fill the hole in the ARB.

I won't ask. Something I did that I think is pretty cool was to slightly change a Hi Lo fan switch for the rear compartment blower to work on my PIAA 80's. They have both a Hi & Lo beam, the switch is labeled Hi & Lo & it works great for that.

I almost did the electric fan last Fall but stuck w/ the old belt fan.

i actually have found a 135 amp alternator for close to $100 so i think im going for it , and id like ot check out my options for dual battery , eventually i plan on running a winch so its probably a good idea.

Let's see, so many things I want to do... But so little money

Here's a brief list of what I have lined up and what I want to do
(This is for my Xterra, since I've already done most of these to my 4Runner)

1. Bilsteins (Picking these up tommorow from UPS, Silly Driver refused to leave them on the otherside of my gate I'm hoping to have these installed tommorow )

2. Idler Arm Brace (Just got it in the mail today, and hopefully going to install it tommorow if all goes well with the Bilsteins)

3. Exhaust System (More than likely going to get a Dynomax Super Turbo, or a Flowmaster 50 Series. Haven't decided yet, but this will hopefully happen by the end of April)

4. Bridgestone Dueler Revo A/Ts 265/75/R16 (Or 32" if I can get the set of 15" rims I want for a good price) This will probably happen sometime in the next 6 months. I definitely want to get new tires before this summer.

5. Manual Hubs (For both my Xterra and my 4Runner) I just wish that the manual hubs for the Xterra were as nice as the Aisin ones for the 4Runners. Oh well, the Warn ones still look pretty good

Silly me I forgot the suspension stuff.

Sway Bar Disconnects (as soon as someone has them for sale or I make my own) & Low Profile Poly Snubbers & Bushings.

Hey does anyone have the Lateral Controle bushings? Downey's catalogue has them & they are for the Panhard Rod.

Isn't that a marine battery? How is it any different than a Red or Yellow top? Is it safe to use?

Churnd, Yeah it is for Marine use but it can be used in an auto. I have been using this one for 3 years now & it has been perfect.

Im running a dual battery setup right now. (mainly for the sound system) but there's nothing like 1800CCA's to turn over a little v6....lol

- TO EVERYONE EXTENDING BREATHERS -

you NEED to extend MORE than just the differential breathers! There are 5 total breathers that have to be extended. I damn near lost my transmission from not doing this, by accidentally finding a hole where the water was about 20-24" deep. I got lucky and it only cost me about 150 bux to change everything out. Tranny rebuilds are 1400-1600 bux...

There are 2 breathers on the tranny, 1 on the transfer case, and 2 for the front and rear differentials.

But damn it, please please extend everything, avoid the crazy hell hole I ran into....

i pity da foo dat dont extend hiz breatherz! /

lol
