well i must say, there are several mods you can do for your truck that are very inexpensive that are very worth it. i did the following:

-seafoam treatment
-change spark plugs (put in ngk's)
-oil change
-deckplate mod
-air box elbow removal

after driving around, i definately felt a difference in acceleration, the truck seemed to move so quick with the lightest touch of the skinny pedal. i HIGHLY recommend doing that little "tune-up". i plan on doing the ISR mod pretty soon too, should round out the cheap mods nicely. stats on gas mileage will be reported as theyre found out.
