Spray paint collecting dust

Very lame question but I will post anyways. Just recently rattlecanned my new rear bumper (gloss black) and the thing collects so much dust. Is there a coating I can spray over the paint to keep the dust from adhering to it so easily? Even driving on pavement it collects dust much quicker than the rest of the vehicle.

I was thinking along the same lines, however I don't know if it would eliminate the problem. I believe the reason rattle can jobs collect dust is because the paint is very porous, allowing dirt and the like in and not letting go of it so easily. I don't know if clear coat would eliminate the porous nature of the paint. Anyone else have some insight?

Are you sure that it is collecting more dust? Gloss black will show dust and dirt 10x more than any other color.

Positive. As a matter of fact, when you rub your finger over the dust, it is difficult to remove. You almost have to rub it about 10 times to actually see the black paint underneath. I know that black paint will show dust better than other colors but dam, this is really gathering it. Anyone else have suggestions?

Let the paint cure for a few weeks then just give it a good coat of wax....
