Speedo Correction

I want to replace the 16" wheels with some 18" dubs and have not been able to find a tire that would give me the same diameter as my stock tires. Is there a product made that can be used to correct the speedo to compensate for the larger / smaller diameter tires

I've used the Hypertec tuners in the past to accomplish this function.

Jet has a unit for this and so does Super Lift. It's only label for 4Runners to 98, but Tacomas and Tundras thru 02. I just bought the Jet unit from Summitracing.com. I'll see how well it works.
