Sonoran Steel System 3 coil question

Are these 99 coils or something else "from a vehicle made in Japan with a 3.4 V6 4WD and 16" wheels".

Id like to replace the OE coils on the cheap if i can. I already have bilstein HDs and goalandar AT 275/70/16s installed. So far the 99 (f) and 906 (r) set up is looking good but im just wondering if theres something else.

Front: (2)-1999 Toyota 4Runner front coils from a vehicle made in Japan with a 3.4 V6, 4WD & 16" wheels.

Rear: (2)-1999 Toyota 4Runner rear coils from a vehicle made in Japan with a 3.4 V6, 4WD & 16" wheels.

All the 99 4Runners were made in Japan, it's probably just a copy/ pasted description. They are the stock 99 coils from a 4Runner.

I have this system on my '02 4Runner Sport Edition, along with a Daystar 2.5" lift, and I'm running 285/75-16 Pro-Comp Mud Terrains with no problems. I still have the factory running boards on it also.
