... or are you suggesting that it was in fact a cart? Either way I don't think it'll help. There's always a sign in these parking lots that pretty much say that you park at your own risk.

I cant stand people like that, I got a nice hole in my headlight and tires aired down from some moron, Lots of Haters now a days.

I agree, there are people who will damage your property because they are envious of what you own. Very sad!!

That doesn't give the other guy the right to vandalize somebody's property! It is called self control and respect for your fellow human being. So the other guy is pissed for you parking too close, doesn't give him the right to strike out and damage private property.

The parking lot is a public domain, park where you wish.
