differences between 2nd & 3rd gen hoods?
my 2nd gen hood is dimpled. I'd like to get a new hood and wanted to broaden my search. are these the same? from pictures, the look very similar

No, they are not a direct swap. I'm not sure what all modifications would need to be done, but I do know they aren't a direct fit.
