It's actually a bit warmer when it's snowing. Those clear nights is what brings chills to the bones.

I miss snow. I can't really celebrate xmas with out it. But i guess i have to in the name of the B&B. Maybe in a few years it will get colder than +15C and snow.

When it's snowing like crazy, it's actually easier to see with just the foglights or if you have street lights, it's better with no lights at all! Of course, I don't recommend no lights for safety issues.

those are just some cheap autozone lights and i didn't have my headlights on because the parking lot was bright enough and it would be easier for the cops to spot me

they rock. we've got like a foot of snow now and in 4wd, i can go right through it. this snow is dry though so i'm interested to see how they do in wetter stuff. but we were hit pretty hard with the big ice storm last week and they did great so idk..

:off topic: I was not pleased with my BFG A/Ts when I had them, especially in the rain. The few snows (usually wet snow in South Carolina) they tended to pack inside the treads and turn to ice and did not perform to my satisfaction. I was given a deal on Winston A/Ts and they have not let me down yet in the rain. We have not yet had any snow or ice to test it on, nor have I played in the mud so I'm not sure about that either.

:On topic: Those are awesome pictures. What is the big difference between wet snow and dry snow? All I know is that we only get wet snow, but don't know if we've ever gotten dry snow.

Wet snow is much more slippery, heavier. The light stuff has good grip, and is puffy so it will fly around instead of getting packed down

Mine is in the shop, so I'm stuck driving the Accord. We just got a bit of snow in SLC and it was white knuckle all the way in that Honda. I miss my Runner.
