skids

skids

i installed the roger brown diff drop (1") and i cant get my skids to go on pefectly again. i read the instructions but still cannot get it to go in. anybody have any suggstions

Stock skid plate? I seem to remember that some trimming was involved when using an OEM skid with a diff drop.

Thats weird..Mine fit on perfectly...

Try elongating the holes of the middle section?

I had to elongate the holes with a dremel... easy as pie.

That's what I remember but wasn't sure. I never did a drop when I had my stock skid.

i had to cut some of the inner support of mine to do the SS3 drop. You might need to use a dremel w/ the spacers he sent you.

yea thats what im thinkin....i just trhew some screws in temporarly

I didn't have to do anything but get some longer bolts for the rear I think...no dremeling or cutting.
