Hey Al. There is no good way to change the bulb color that I have found. Even if you can find a blue condom the exact size, the blue would be very weak. LED's are the only way to get that intense blue color. The AC panel has a tiny bulb like the turn sig size. It has the green condom. I found a white face AC panel to match my gauges. It was a stick on application BUT for a Taco...the icons are the same BUT slightly off position. They are blue (kool) but I had to open up the stock panel and make some cutouts for the light to come through correctly. It's OK, not perfect as there is only one bulb, so the icon closest is much brighter blue than the rest. I lined the recessed area (with modelers foil) behind, above and sides of the bulb hoping to reflect some of the light to the farthest end. It helped a little. I would suggest getting the indiglo faces...less stress.

Yep, sometimes it's worth paying for a premade solution than to figure one out yourself. Thx for the info though.

Yeah, I don't think they come in red. Speedhut would be the ones though.

I really want those gauges up above, but I'm too hesitant to order from that place. I've had bad luck w/online purchases too so I'm somewhat skeptical.

I have some friends in Cali but I'm not sure how close they are to El Monte. I'm going to call them and see if they can go there and buy it for me and ship it up here.

Old age I guess...TRD parts can be purchased or ordered from any Toyota dealer. There is a list of mainland dealers Corey listed here. They may or may not be cheaper when you add shipping here.
