Shock installation

Can anyone recommend a shop I can take my 4runner to get new shocks installed. I plan on buying the OEM shocks from Toyota and have a shop install them to reduce the cost. Long Beach CA, area preffered. How much should the installation cost? and is there anything else I need to do along with shock installation, such as a wheel alignment or miscelaneous parts that should be replaced???

its a 96. I like the soft ride thats why I will go with the OEM's. As far as doing it myself, it aint worth that much hassle for me to do it, and I dont have the tools either. Just like an oil change, why should I do it myself, when for 20 bucks the dealer will do it in less than 30 minutes. Not worth my time or hassle. I just figured that another shop like discount tire center could do the same job as toyota for a lot less money

OEM's will cost you much more than Bilstiens. I would go with Ranchos 5000's. You can get them at Sears and they will install them for $20 a piece I believe.

actually no, it'll be pretty pricey. And discount tire won't do it, you'd have to go to a private shop or 4x4 shop
