i took look under my truck today, and i noticed that my rear right shock was blown! the lower part of the can snapped off the lower shock eye!!! AHHHH!! good thing its only a rancho 5000, so i went to my local 4x4 store (4x4 Land) and picked up a new one. I took it home and installed it with ease. The only part that took long was waiting for the paint to dry. I like to paint my shocks black. it looks cool! OH!, and NO nasty red (or green, which came with my truck) shock boot!

imma stick with the RS5000s for now. i unltimately want bilsteins... probably the 6100 Series ... but that will come when i redo my WHOLE suspension... ALL PRO SAS with 6" lift, and then rear 6" lift... all with bilsteins. and i want to get rid of my body lift. thats gonna be in Summer 2003.
