Are the front lower tabs/fins on a T15 bumper an adequate place to mount shackles. Ive seen some rides with them but it seems a little thin to have a tow point in this location. Any advice is appreciated.

However if your brackets are like Steves T-17 you might try his solution...my T-15 brackets didn't have the lower hangers like this though.
