Saws

Here is a newbie question, what are 'SAWS'? Is it Swing-Away-Torsion bars?

Charlotte here.

SAW is an abreviation for Sway-A-Way. They make torsion bars for 2nd Gens as well as coil-over kits for 3rd Gens.

We had a trip to Uwahree in June. 2 other NC guys went on Friday; I was gonna meet them Saturday until NCSU broke his manual shifter and had to head back to Raleigh. Lemme get a new rig before I go on any offroading trips. I've got mine stripped of mods now and ready for selling so Im hoping it wont be too long.

Now that depends on what part of the Piedmont he's from. If he's from Fort Bragg, then you might be right

Close enough to Bragg to hear the artillery fire thumping in the distance and having a BlackHawk tail you along the small country roads playing tag.

Dave, you can ride with me or something. I really want to go on a ride with you guys before I head down to school. There is NO good wheeling around here, espcially thats legal. C'mon guys, lets hit the trail!

Hey bogger,

My best friend from highschool is up there, and they wheel every now and then, his gf has a Charokee, and his roomate has a Taco etc etc, and they have found some pretty sweet spots. What year are you? Looks like I will be comming up more often as my new GF goes there... I'm gonna be helping her move in throughout aug, if your ever up there, we should gettogether or something. anyway... i'm really feining for a real trail ride

Here are some pics of the trail they found

Turbo: Yeh I should be up there in Aug. I have to move into my new apt sometime. Some of those pics look like a trail ive been on up there before called the Richlands. There are a ton of trail within 45 min, I just dont know of many with in 10 or 15. That Jeep with the 48s or 52s on it is just stupid, but I guess someone had to do it. Its got some Super wide axels on it so the tires stick out real far. I dont think it has anymore that 10 inches of lift.

Oh yeh, Im a junior.
