s2000 antenna conversion for 3rd Gen. 4Runner...Anyone?

Hi guys. I want to convert my powered 2001 4Runner antenna to the Honda S2000 shorty antenna. I have not seen any pics or official write-ups regarding an install on the 3rd generation 4Runners.
If anyone has the part numbers needed and instructions, that would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you just search for the Tacoma whip mod. Then instead of installing a full mast antenna, use a shorter one, or did you want move the location of the antenna?

Post UR PICS! Regarding Stubby Antenna

Nice. I will put the Tacoma antenna assembly on. Now, what makes the best "factory fit" for stubby antenna's. Hondas S2000 (might not fit flush or does it have an angled bottom?) or AMI (allsalesmfg) they come with 3 optional adapters.
What is really strange is that there aren't really any pictures of stubby modifications for toyota Tacomas and 4Runners, lots of interest and conversation but not to many people have actually tried it.

IMO, S2000 antenna's would look out of place on a 4Runner. Plus, it would not get that great of a reception. (had an S2000, so I know)

Stick with the Tacoma whip.
