Not lowered, Its that I Removed such items from the truck.

My bumber was a rusted out mess so I removed it and cut /removed the lower portions of my quarters.

Just for the record, I quoted cacattack. That's white one isn't one of mine. I think it's his but only cause he posed it. It could be anybodies really. He could have just found the pic on cardomain.com. All my rigs are rust free except some slight surface rust on the top of the cab & hood of my 84. My rigs are also the color of their description in my sig. Not quite the same shades but you get the picture.
