Maybe its that radiator stop leak crap.

 

It wasn't the cap, replaced it and have the same results. When they do pressure test as they did at the dealer do they test to see if I have a leaky HG or do they test for a clogged radiator? I think they were going after the big $$ and looking for a HG problem. I'm going to replace the radiator this weekend. At least I won't have to worry about the cooling system for a while after all of this.

They can't pressure test a partially clogged radiator - they tested your cooling system and HG for leaks..... Hate to say I told you so about the cap, but....

Did you go buy the $4 thermometer yet to check how your radiator is cooling?

 

I'm going to replace the radiator, if that doesn't work the water pump's next. At least I'll know the cooling system in and out after this.

 

Any luck with replacing the radiator?
