rubbing but where?

rubbing but where?

Put a 2" BL on my 03 taco and 285/75/16 MTR's with a 16x8 rim that has a 3.75 BS. I did the pinch weld mod. It almost looks like it might be rubbing
on the top arm - does that make sence?

yup, makes sense! u using stock wheels? i put 285/75/16's on my stock steel wheels and they rubbed against my frame and upper control arms... get new wheels! i solved my rubbing with a new set of M/T 's classic II. Sweeeeeeeet!!!.. but now i rub agains t the fenders a little bit.. so time for 3" bL!!!!!! goodluck.. oh yeah dont waist time looking for wheel spacers... i was looking for three weeks and finally decided to go wtih new wheels with "+" offset! goodluck!

Not stock on the wheels 16x8 with a 3.75 BS

Oh and actual it's a "-" offset you want if you want the wheel to stick out further. Mine are -6mm

hmm.. i guess ur right.. thats what i thought originally, but americas tire told me its positive offset.. i guess its NEGATIVE then! well.. if ur intrested in a new set of wheels u can go look at the offset for the M/T classic II cus they cleared with no problems! .. sorry i dont know offhand..

by the way, bad advice is telling someone a solution is spending hundreds of dollars on new rims

LOL - well I think I could actual have the rims swapped - just got em yesterday but the MT's only stick out 1/8 more - I don't think that would fit it...- maybe. My current BS is 3-3/4 MTII is 3-5/8

Looked closer Im rubbing the frame - is there a steering stop adjustment?
