RPM Problems!!!!

Hi everybody, its been awhile since I have chatted with you!!!!
I hope everybody is doing well!

My problem is I have a 03 Taco (3.4) and when its in D-drive my RPM's are at 400(idle). When I turn on my A/C in D-drive, its goes to about 500 RPM's. Sometime while I am driving it idles VERY rough, like it wants to die!!
If you think its the a timing problem, how can i adjust the timing on it?

Do any of my Yota Tech Pro's have any Idea what the problem could be??

Did this happen all of a sudden, or gradually over time?
Any other info surrounding the circumstances would be helpful for diagnosis.

I've not done it on a Toyota, but hopefully someone else can guide you through it. Get a fuel pressure guage and hook it up and find out what the specs are for your vehicle and diagnose accordingly. Hopefully somone who has done this will chime in. Cleaning your carb wont help at all, since you dont have one. It's fuel injected thankfully

Opps!
I was thinking about using carb cleaner to clean my throttle body.
When I removed my intake(aftermarket) to clean it, I could see "carbon" in the throttle body.
