Rotors

Don't do it
I have had a bad experience within the last 6 months. I had my rotors turned (first time cut) and they warped in a couple of weeks. I went to someone more reputable and was told that on 2nd Gen 4Runners in particular that you can't cut the rotors cause they'll warp again quickly. IMO, they should be replaced. I replaced mine and haven't had a problem since. I'm sure this isn't the news you wanted. Next time I need rotors, I'm going for NWOR's crossdrilled units.

You might want to give the folks at www.raceconcepts.net a call. They carry Brembo rotors and if your ride isn't listed on their sheet of available applications, they'll get you some made. I've been running their rotors for over 2 months now and I haven't had any problems.

If you want Brembo Rotors you can find them at Autozone for about $26 each IIRC. I bought a pair but am waiting for the pads to die before I put them on.
I would agree to not have them cut. I had my breaks done by Just Brakes before I discovered that my hands can turn wrenches. I have about the worst brake pulse ever. I'm pretty sure they resurfaced them and did not put them on the hub properly. Its very important to torque them very carefully in a criss cross patern.
