What about the mounting bolts for the factory roof rack channels? I think it was Ducky who had a rack similar to mine, basically custom made steel rack. That will be using the factory roof rails to secure the basket. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to upgrade the bolts that secure the roof rack channels? If they're anything like the bolts for the cargo area tie down rings, they aren't worth a damn. I upgraded those so I could mount the hilift back there and not have it rip thru the floor. I just dont want the wimpy bolts that are probably up there trying to hold the heavier rack.
