I think Slee runs these on his 100-series cruiser (37's!). That is a little big for me, but Christo knows trucks and offroading.

I, too, have left the MTRs and BFGs behind. I am happy with my Yokes. The trick I have learned is to be very good about rotating them. Eventually I think I will go for the Nitto's. We'll see.

Glad you found a tire that you like!

I may even end up w/ them if I don't step up to 315 MT/R's since GY decided to discontinue the 305/70 MT/R's.

Glad you like 'em.

By the looks of the siping on them, they look like they'd do pretty good on the ice too. Nice tires!

Even tho' the Nittos have been around for a while it's just taken some time to get the buzz around plus your average person sees BFGs all over and buys them with no research about them and use them as a daily driver and I think any AT tire is overkill if you never leave the pavement. BFGs partly continue to sell by being the popular tire of choice and not always based on being the best and it is hard to argue that they don't make a truck look more rugged and they do their job off-road but there's better choices out there for the money for us who do off-road but our trucks are realistically going to see mostly pavement.

Sorry man! I didn't know this was directed to me.

The old tires are already sold. I listed them on Craigslist locally for $100 and someone came to get them this afternoon. They had about 25% tread left.
