looking into a tailgate skin ands roll pan for my 92 yota. I was wondering the best place to get these. i am guessing sir michaels? I was wondering how hard it is to self install both of these and maybe add tailights into the skin?

as for doing it your self well unless u have access to a welder and paint booth than you will proabably need to pay somone to have it done.

yeah i have access to a welder but im not sure quite how to use it, i will find out though. i was just wondering if there was specific way to do the skin and rollpan. i have some really cool ideas like frenching in supra lights but im not sure where to start...like skin first then cut holes?? no idea but your help would be cool. im checkin out youre site now. im located in milford PA...i think like 3 hrs from philly

Usually if U are doing a light set in a Tailgate or rollpan u will need the Light itself and the Bucket or Housing that holds the light into place.
When u order a skin or roll pan for any of the companies listed above the bucket is already welded into the skin so that part is done just weld it to the vechicle.
Unless u are putting the lights on the body then u need tailight fillers and the light bucket.
Also do u still want the use of your tailgate?
If not get a cali combo and shave the whole rear solid "ie" the tailgate skin and rollpan will be one piece all u have to weld is the two horrizonal seams and then the gate will be welded shut.
