Oh crap same spot as mine. Getting ready to go sue the girl that did mine 6 months later cause her BAD Insurance company California Casualty (In Denver...LOL) refused to pay even though it is clearly her fault). My lawyer said he had three cases open on them when i called. They never pay so I hope you never get into an accident insured by them.

Most likely the frame is not bent. Yours looks EXACTLY like mine on the surface...If so...Toyota Body quoted me $4300 and change without looking underneath...I did just replace the entire spindle, brake rotor, hub bearings and caliper on that side, and a bout to do the radiator. Still driving it in that condition cause it has been a busy year and I wanted to keep it in that condition for the judge to see...but the statute here...in California is 3 years...Off to court very soon though. I did remount the headlight so I can at least drive at night.

Depends on where the frame is bent. all good body shops have frame straighteners. You should see some of the wrecks my customers repair. You could pull the damaged parts repair or replace the bent section of rail and put it back together for a couple thousand or less

 

The other drivers insurance was PEMCO mine is State Farm, I had all the racks off but I put them back on I thought Id get more for my truck. My neighbor has the same exact 4Runner and he wants my tires But once again I wanted to wait for the insurance company to give me money I thought theyd give me more, I also Left a towing hitch on, I had just installed.

Oh and I dont know if it runs, the radiators halfway gone, didnt want to try to start it

also the tires stick out to the opposite side i was hit so yeah its bent... unless the IFS just is tweaked to the right

 

I seriously think that I would cry if I saw my yota looking like that.... But you are ok and that's the important thing.... And honestly, it sounds to me like the Honda was speeding like mad, then when you got slightly knocked out, blamed you. IF that is indeed the case, take it to court!

 

The claims adjuster already came today! that was quick but bad news the guy said he guesses that i will only get 3000 maybe 4000 .... minus 500 deductable. That means i cant even replace my runner... they sell for 7000 around here .. he said he uses some CCC program to tell what its worth. Gah what have you guys gotten for your runner? either that or im stuck just completing the restore on my 77 camaro with the money but i love toyota... truck and suvs anyway i dont want a car..

 

That's the same insurance company I had for the last 4 years. Good thing I'm with Met Life now.
