reuse lower fuel injector seals?

can i safely reuse the lower fuel injector seals on my 3.0? they had alot of build-up and grime in them, but i got them pretty clean, they don't look torn up at all and weren't leaking before i pulled the injectors as far as i know? i don't believe i got new seals in my kit.... would my best bet be to install the fuel rails and injectors and pressurize the system > check for leaks? thanks for your input -rowan

Hey Rowan,
North Bend Auto parts has 6 seal kits in stock. part # CRB 212080 list price $3.91 ea (?) 1 kit per injector.
The lower seals won't leak gas, they seal the intake from vacuum leak (be safe and replace them). While you had it apart would have been a good time to get the injectors ultrasonic cleaned and flow tested (But it does add to the cost of your repair, and I know your work is shut down for now).
