Replacing Valve cover gaskets again?

Hey guys, I have a quick question regarding my valve cover gaskets. I had them replaced about 30,000 miles ago however, at the time i did not think to have the rear cam plugs/ seals changed and now they are leaking, of course. I plan on doing this soon but i dont know if i should go ahead and replace the valve cover gaskets again since they have only been there for 30,000 miles.

Any input?

Thanks!

No, unless you have deep pockets.

If you did not change out the old FIPG for the semi circular plugs, do that this time as well.

i am really mechanically inept, but i got the whole valve cover gasket kit with the semi circle plugs, top plugs and the valve cover gasket for 16 bucks from adv auto and did it in like 3 hours taking my time.

if you have an oil leak, check your main seal. my 2nd gen was leaking at the valve cover gaskets and at the main seal

Thanks for the replies guys, I unfortunately do not have deep pockets, i am a college kid on a tight budget so if i can get away with not having to replace them again then that's great. I'll be sure to double check the half moons again just to make sure.

But i actually have several leaks and one of them i do believe is the rear main seal but if i put a mirror behind the valve covers i can see the rear cam seals are leaking quite a bit so i figure this is the easiest place to start.

Has anyone replaced the oil cooler seal before? mines leaking there as well but in the FSM is says you need to drain to coolant but i was wondering if that is really necessary
