Rear wiper

What am I missing? I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to replace the rear wiper.

what's the diff b/w that and the front wipers? I've never tried to replace one, but I'd assume it would be done the same way.

use a hammer and pry bar, it makes it a lot easier. Just think if you dont have a back window you wont have to worry about the wiper.

The rear is screwed on and there is no way, that I can see, to replace the whole wiper, aftermarket, because of an ectra arm assembly.

Yes, you can unscrew it, but the piece that screws on/off is permantly mounted to the wiper.
