Rear window wont go down?

I have a 91 SR5 power windows, The rear window stoped working, I cant hear the motor when I hit the button so I gues it is a fuse. The truck didnt come with any kind of manual so I dont know what fuse it is?

I do not believe there is a fuse inside, as here is the fuse panel on a '91.

Sometimes the lockout button can get turned on by mistake if you hit it.
It's the middle button next to the rear window switch on the right.

Here is a factory manual on CD made up of PDF files for the 2nd gen.

There should be some trouble shooting info in there.

I also have scans from my FSM here.

Let us know what you find out.
