I sprayed STP silicon spray into the channels of all my windows to make them move better.

You may have more serious problems, and may want to take apart your tailgate and check out the operation of the window regulator, and maybe clean out the old gunked up grease, and put some new stuff in there.

I had some problems like that on my '94. Easy to diagnose:

Remove rear panel (pry gently with fingers)
Carefully unpeel plastic sealing
Inspect!

I had a couple of rusty rails back there. I'm always leaving my window partially down and water tends to fly in quite a bit.

Replaced the rails, cleaned out the rust chunks and it's as good as new.

Hopefully, yours is just binding or a support for one of the vertical rails came loose. Easy to oil and get to again if necessary.

Good luck!
