Question Rear coils or Bilsteins?

I just bought a '94 4runner and was wondering what I should do first. The rear end sag isn't bad, but sometime I would like to go with the Downey HD coils. Should I do the coils first or the shocks first? And I will only be able to do either the front or the back, then do the other in a month or two, should the front or the back get Bilsteins first? I would like to do it all at once, but I'm in college, and I just bought a 4runner, so funds are limited. Thanks, advise would be greatly appreciated.

i'm kinda in the same boat as you (college, limited funds) and i'm going to do the coils first, then OME shocks. Coils are probably significantly cheaper, too, so get those, satiate the mod virus for a little while as you save for the shocks...there's my $.02

You could get shocks first but if you do make sure you get shocks sized for the 1.5" lift. They will need a bit more extension. I got the shocks after the coils and they toped out very easily but it wasn't a big deal. Check my write-up on the HD coils: HD coil write-up
