I have no bender and no welding skills whatsoever and this is what I came up with. Not sure how it would look on a 4runner though. Not that pretty, but it serves it's purpose.

i like that rear bumper gerdo, are those three squares holes in the center for a reciver hitch?
if i were to do one it would probley look simaller but it would have a hole in the back for a high clearence exhaust.
