Nice stuff...we must be t-15 twins!
I unpacked my @ lunch - clean and blem free -all the hardware LOOKS to be there.
Now, install....looks to be straight ahead...Can't wait to have this baby bolted up!
David, looks good re: outer hoop removal - I'm taking it that wasn't a sawz-all and rattle can fix?!?!?!

Pretty close actually, i used a cutting disc to remove most of the hoop, then an angle grinder to grind down what was left, and painted with good ol' spray paint. Can't even tell they used to be there.
The install is pretty straight forward. I did mine myself, but it would have been nice to have someone hoist the bumper up when trying to bolt it to the frame brackets.

nice re: the removal - looks kinda ARB-ish now - i like it!
re: install - nothing to cut or funny stuff so I understand (>?) I will have someone there to gawk, I mean help me lift it onto the brakets. I think my 6 year-old daughter should be able to turn the bolts while I stand back and supervise...I mean, make sure it's straight!

I also recommend replacing the bolts that TJM sends you to hold the bumper to the mount with grade 8 bolts, nylock nuts and star washers and torque the hell of of them. The star washers will grip and help keep the bumper from slipping in the adjustment slots. (tip) Use a 1/2" drive u-joint and 1/2" drive extensions through the turn signal openning to get maximum torque while a buddy holds a wrench against the frame. Those bolts must be tight enough to prevent slipping of the bumper/mount union. This is especially true if you are winching or in a accident. The bumper itself completes the "box" of support around the mount and if the bumper/mount union slips the mount could bend or twist.
I also recommend using a snatch block back to your factory tow hook for any hard winching, especially at an angle.
Here is my bumper/fender gap now with a 1" BL:

hey mt. goat - thanks for the install info -that's good stuff re:the hardware and and nylocks - what grade is stock w/ them? I didn't pay any attention when I opened up the box...just wanted to make sure it HAD hardware!
with the turn signals, I just have to cut, strip and splice RIGHT?
even w/1" lift and gap it looks

TJM sent me some little cheap wire splicers thingys, they worked for a few years before they failed and my turn signals quit working. I am using wire nuts now with some liquid electrical tape stuff on the end to keep water out.
Good luck and enjoy the new bumper.
