Rattling Dash Trim
OK...finally got my new system wired up and it sounds awesome! But only when I have it partially faded to the back.
The two front dash speakers rattle...but its not the speakers, its the trim around them. I had the entire dash off when wiring the system up and I played em and they sounded fine, put the trim back on...turned the new system up and they rattle like crazy.
Has anybody else had this problem, if so...how'd you fix it? Dynomat?
Details about my system are in my sig...thanks guys!

Is it the speakers rattling the trim, or the subs. I know my subs rattle parts of my dash and i just put a piece of cardboard behind it where it would rattle and no more rattles.

My door lock rods always rattled, I just used duct tape and cardboard and secured everything from around the area making noise. Find where things are touching and rattling and seperate them or tape them down. It's no exact science, but it works.

A couple of my buddies have told me to get my cab and rear cargo area dynomatted...apparently its really good stuff and isn't too expensive to have done. Anybody else have this done? The rattling doesn't bother me too much but I may run up to my buddies shop and tear it apart this weekend...thanks for the help guys, any more suggestions are very welcome!
