Rake or No Rake, that is the question.

Wanted to get everyone's opinions on this. I have about a 1" of rake and love it. It lets the rear set level when it's loaded down.
Which do you guys prefer and about how much?

I'd say just a little bit. 1 to 2 inches.
(But no "reverse rake" like on some 4runners with sagging rear springs)

I'm not a fan of butt-high vehicles.. Better left for the drag strip IMO

I prefer the front to be slightly above the rear.. It's more suited to offroading.

infact im lowering my rear end in a few weeks because I have a 1" rear rake and can't stand it.

Supposedly mine is around 1.5". But it doesn't look that much.

QSveilside,
How did you mount your spare tire on the cargo door?
Also, how does that affect opening and closing it?

Thanks

Rakes belong in the garden, not on Toyota's! How could anyone do that to such manly vehicles. That's enough to make a grown red neck like me cry.
