Quick question on quick disconnects...
All the write-ups I've read said you needed fine-threaded rod. Any reason for that or will regular threaded rod work? I'm just curious because finding fine threaded rod has been a pain.
Or if you know where to find me some fine threaded rod that would be great too

The weak link in the discos I've found are the rod ends. Make sure these are adequately sized. The ones I bought were 5/16" I think. I broke 2 ends on the street with no wheeling done prior to the breakage.
