Quick Measurement Needed

Anyone who has the SAW front coilover, OME shock/spring and GoodYear 285/16 MT setup on a series 3 4Runner...what is the measurement from the ground, to the bottom of the door sill on your rig? Also: has anyone added a 1" bodylift to this setup? If so, any problems with the front CV's wearing prematurely? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
