Queston About 3.0 3VZEMotors
Hey all Long time
anyway to bring you up to speed and have blown up the motor in the Runner. so I am currently looking for a new. I came across a web site that has remned motor but i don't know if my motor is a long block or a short bolck or what the difference is. The site shows both options for the 3VZE motor
I have a 1990 4Runner SR4 with a 3.0 3VZE motor.
any one got any input
thanks!

Short block means just bottom end. Long block means everything except manifolds and valve covers(yes some come with more or less but generally). I would say long block. Seen too many people put bad heads on new blocks and then waste all that money doing it again.
