question about timming belt replacement

hey guys i have a 99 4runner 3.4 with 112k miles on it. i am changing the water pump/timming belt on the truck. my question is, is that the bottom timming belt tensioner pulley has some play in it and i was wondering if it should be replaced. the top idler pulley has no play in it at all, and the bottom tensiour pulley i can see has some play between the bearing and the pulley itself, should it be changed while i am in here and have the truck all apart, the only reason i am hesitating id because now i will be out of a truck until this part comes in, thats the only thing i dont have. have you guys changed the pullies? thanks for your help
Jon

If it has play in it, I would change it on my truck. You don't want to go back in there a second time for a T-belt that broke cause an idler went bad.
