Question about bilstein struts 99 runner

Why dont they supply the rubbers for the top posts and the washers?
I see only the spring holder and nut in the box.

Any advice on where to get them if mine are dry rotted ?

If you know of any 4x4 shops/off road stores that sell Energy Suspension products (they're a huge manufacture of polyurethane bushing, body lifts and oem replacements etc) They make shock bushings of every size. Bushings in red (no graphite) black (with graphite)
