question on 2002 3.4 tacoma

when i am going down the road and i stop at a stop light i feel a bump below me. kind of like a torque bump ifyou know what i am talking about.. once in a while i feel it taking off from the light but mainly when i stop.. it happens as the truck stops and "sits" from the foward movement.. hope that made sense
