I haven't done any in depth research but I have heard that they take a few months to get things done. Which, if I know that going into it then I can't really be upset about it. Now if they were to tell me, I dunno, 6-8 weeks (Kyle, I'm looking at you here), and THEN it took several months, I'd be pretty upset about it.

I'm more concerned with ease of installation and product quality. Is it what I want? Is it going to last? And can I do it myself? Thats what I'm concerned with.
