Purdy new pics

Here are a few pics from my (ongoing) trip from CA to Wyoming. 1030 Miles straight.

BTW..The Express Lube at Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake is FAST.. 5 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend. They use Shell Oil though...Is that bad?

Thermopolis, WY. Small little town my parents just moved to. The most beautiful state I've been to. I think that first pic should be my new desktop pic.

Looks too heavily populated for my taste.

Wow that is some scenery!

That is some very serene country!

No power lines or signs of civilization in the background. Gotta love being out there! Very beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

so, seriously, is there a road that just ends and you keep driving or... did you have to turn off a road to end up in the middle of uncivilized terrain like that?

thats amazing.

The first one was taken just outside of town on state land. I had to turn off of the highway and travel up an OLD road to get up that high.

The second two were off a highway as well...but nowhere near town. It was farming road that goes to some monument I chose to skip.

I LOVE the scenery here...beautiful! I think tomorrow I'll goto Casper to see the Matthew Shepard memorial, and possibly find some more vistas.

Maybe, just maybe my future pics WON'T include the runner.

You should see Alaska if you think WY is beautiful.
