Profound loss of power

Hey guys, I have a 98 runner 4x4. The 3.4 has a little over 212k. The other day I was driving and it began to act up. The truck seems to of lost all power. It runs and drives but it is extremely weak. I checked plugs, made sure all fluids were in order. Everything checks out, no weird noises, smoke ,etc. Have any of you had similar problems? Any advice? Thanks

Check engine light on? Have you checked fuel pressure?

On the fuel rail there is a banjo bolt, you would have to buy a fitting to check it. Should be around 38 PSI. Is it running rough and low on power, or runs fine and low on power? I would also clean the MAF sensor real quick. Can cause a lot of problems and takes 10 minutes to clean.

Do a complete tune up first off. A compression test while doing the spark plugs would be a good idea as well.

New timing belt, plugs, water pump, and cleaned maf sensor, changed the oil(always synthetic) and cleaned out top end with seafoam. Then the other day it died on me and wouldn't restart. So i changed fuel pump and filter. Truck runs great now.
