I recently rebuilt the whole top end of my motor when the HG went at 155k. Right after the rebuild the truck ran perfect, smooth idle restored power etc.

Now...
The idles getting increasingly worse and my truck is losing power.

Usually when i hit a hill at about 60-65 in 5th gear i can just give it a bit more throttle and it will even gain speed depending how much i give it. But recently when i hit this same hill i can floor it and the rpms drop rapidly, it cant make it up without downshifting and seems to buck a little if i dont. In the lower gears it seems to be alright but 5th is killing me.

Ive checked vac/fuel/exhaust/radiator and everything is checking out, theres no coolant in my oil or in my intake.

Im lost! help!

 

have you hooked up a scan tool and looked at the live data?

 

im gunna do that today after work. should i just go to toy of kirkland or do you know of anywhere else?
