PP 3.4L Headers?

PP 3.4L Headers?
Performance products has 3.4l headers for $304.95. Can someone verify this it seem kinda fishy. It just says v6 or v8 steal headers for $304.95 with the button buy now?

304 - 406... 
They look like Downey headers.
Personally, I've NEVER liked the collector design on Downeys... the slip joint design always seemed to leak on my 4-cyl's... No experience with these headers, though.
