Is it possible to pull a certain fuse that will leave my antenna up for good? and if so does anybody know which fuseit is?

I pulled a relay box under the dash on the drivers side. You can her clicking when the antenna starts and stops

I don't know about a fuse but you can swap it out with a permanent Taco whip antenna like I did. It's in my write-up section on my webpage. Cost me about $100 but I won't ever have to worry about the antenna again and you can sell your power one online and get back some of your expenses.
