Please help me with brush guard?

ive bought this brush guard off craigslist to fit my 1999 4runner and i really want to put it on my truck, the brush guard has no brand name. ive searched for HOURS trying to find this part and CANNOT FIND IT ONLINE!! i did google searches and the only results i get are me posting the question to yotatech, t4r, toyotanation and yahoo answers.

im trying to keep my sanity here, but i would like to get this done asap

the problem is when i bought the brush guard from the guy, he didnt give me the 2 bottom mounting brackets. these i need are the L shaped brackets that fit on top of the tow hooks. (i take out tow hooks and put these on, then mount brush guard onto brackets).

can anyone tell me what they are called, where can i get them, or if you guys have them for sale or up for grabs here i would appricate it

also, if not how much would it cost to fabricate 2 small brackets of that size?

here is a picture of what i need, this picture is off of a ford explorer with the guard.

Well the part would be called a mounting bracket or mounting plate or attachment plate. IK you want to know the name of the guard right? If you can post a pic of the whole thing we might be able to help you better.
the part it self though is pretty generic looking I'd go to your local 4wd shop and take a look at a few guards they have there and ask to see the mounts for the one that looks most like yours. take the measurements or a template of the mount patterns and see what matches.
Alternatively you could probably fabricate something yourself from a piece of 2" -2.5" angle iron. All you'd need to do is partially remove one side.
As simple as this part is to make a metal fab shop would probably do it up for cost of materials and a pizza and beer if they're a friendly kind of shop lol other than that I would'nt see it costing more than $40. It would take them less than 30 mins to do the pair of them.
