Please help on long road trip.

I'm having a loud wraw wraw wraw sound starting at about 15mph and then picking up with speed and volume level increases also. I don't know if maybe my alignment is off, and one of my tires might some how be contributing to this or what is going on. Alignment was done by Toyota 5 months ago and tire are less than 4 months as well.

What shape are your tires? Could be a belt...how do your brakes feel?

If it's more of a whining noise, and you can isolate it to the left or right side, try diagnosing the wheel bearing. I doubt you got a bad alignment and set of tires, with them being so new. Jack up whichever side you're able to isolate the sound to, and then shake the tire horizontally and see if there's any noticeable play. If there is, prepare for a possible bearing change.

Tires should be good, they have maybe 5,000 miles, and have been rotated once. The front brakes need pads when I get back from this trip, but they're not shaking or grabbing funky.

I think it is right front. I will try to jack it up in the morning.....I only have 220 miles tell I'm home. Say that right front bearing is toast, what happens if I try to limp it the rest of the way? Any clue? Aren't those a major pain in the a$$ to replace they're pressed on aren't they? Thanks

Worse case is the bearing fails the wheel comes off your truck goes out of control . Depends how fast your going if you hit something before going off the road .

you do know if some else installed the brake pads they will squeal telling you they need attention.

I never install those on my stuff because I am always checking brake wear.

I'd take it slower than normal perhaps. I doubt it would catastrophically fail, but the more speed, the more heat. Can't be too careful. Did you jack it up yet and what did you find?

Swap that tire and wheel with a different one. See if the noise follows the tire.
