Picture Request

Ok, I currently own a 98 GMC yukon and I'm wanting a 3rd generation 4runner for better gas mileage and I've just always loved and wanted a 4runner. I'm probably going to get a 2002. I'm looking for 3rd gen. runners lifted. Any pics you have or know of friends or any! looking for ideas.

I'm broken down on my couch right now. I snapped my achilles tendon and im taking pain pills ever couple of hours, so i do have some time, but not enough to read and do a bunch of research and when i did i couldnt find what i needed. so if you have any links or anything that you could add to lifting a 4runner, i'd appreciate it!!

Eric

i would say find a runner that you like and see if the lift spec's are in the sig. line. if not, then just run a search for lifts. you'll get plenty of info to keep you busy on the couch for a while.

I'm not exactly sure on the mpg, I have 33s, stock gears, straight pipes (true duals), and a ranch hand. I'm probably gonna run 285 on the runner. maybe 33/12.50s at biggest. I have what I want in mind.

I want a 2002 with color matched bumpers, the sport hood, and I wanna put the TRD supercharger and exhaust kit on it, with a roof rack, 2-3" lift with either street lock or mickey thompson wheels on probably 33" Swampers or some sort of mud terrain.

My plan for my yukon was 10" Full Throttle Suspension lift, 4.88 gears on 37" Toyo M/Ts. I might try the toyos on the runner as well. What ratio of gears would I want with the setup im wanting to do?

Those are both sweet. Sharp looking rig Northfacer! I like the black on green and the tint. Is it debadged too?

yes its debadged except for the toyota symbol above the license plate surround.

ive got a 3" revtek suspension lift and a 4crawler 2" body, sittin on 305/70/16 maxxis mudder buckshots around 16x8 streetlocks.

yes its tinted, but not a great one. im about to dump the funds into a tjm bumper and a rear locker. after that im going to black out the windows, and put 35% tint on the front windshield. some people on the board probably think its stupid (it is illegal) but i think itll look great.

2001-02 are lower than any other year.. so it may take more than 3" to fit 285's?

just a heads up.
